Privacy Policy

Effective September 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Beehive Health LLC, doing business as Beehive Health (“Beehive,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use a website or service that links to this Policy.

Beehive and your medical provider

Beehive provides non-clinical technology, administrative, payment, support, and care-coordination services. Beehive does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or make treatment decisions.

Medical services are provided by Wasef Health and its affiliated professional entities, including Wasef Health of CA, P.C. (CA), Wasef Health of KS, P.A. (KS), Wasef Health of TX, P.A. (TX), and Wasef Health, P.C. (NJ), and their licensed clinicians (collectively, the “Medical Group”). The professional entity responsible for your care depends on your location and applicable law and will be identified in connection with your care.

Information created or maintained by the Medical Group, a pharmacy, or another covered health care provider may be governed by that provider's Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable health-privacy law. This Policy does not replace those notices.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the services, we may collect:

Sources of information

We receive information directly from you; automatically from your browser or device; from the Medical Group, pharmacies, and other providers involved in services you request; and from vendors that help with payments, identity verification, fraud prevention, communications, hosting, analytics, fulfillment, security, and customer support.

How we use information

We may use personal information to operate and secure the services; create and administer accounts; facilitate clinical review; coordinate prescriptions, pharmacy fulfillment, payment, shipping, and support; verify identity and eligibility; communicate about care requests and orders; prevent fraud and abuse; improve accessibility and performance; measure public-site usage and marketing; comply with law; and establish or defend legal rights.

How we disclose information

We may disclose information to the Medical Group and its clinicians; dispensing pharmacies and other providers; platform and hosting providers, including Bask; payment, identity, fraud, security, communications, analytics, support, and fulfillment vendors; carriers; professional advisers and insurers; government authorities when legally required; a successor in a corporate transaction; and recipients you direct or authorize.

These recipients may use information only as permitted by their role, their agreements with us or the applicable provider, and applicable law.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

On public, unauthenticated pages, Beehive may use cookies, pixels, server-side tags, and similar technologies to operate and secure the website, prevent fraud, understand usage, measure and attribute campaigns, personalize content, and create or measure advertising audiences. Subject to applicable law and your choices, partners may receive device or browser identifiers, IP address, approximate location, referral and campaign information, and general interactions with public pages.

Some state laws may describe certain advertising disclosures as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising. Where required, we will obtain consent before activating a technology, offer an opt-out, and honor legally recognized preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.

Beehive does not sell Consumer Health Data. We do not disclose health-intake answers, diagnoses, clinical photographs, prescriptions, clinical communications, authenticated account activity, or identifiable order information to advertising platforms for their own advertising purposes.

Consumer Health Data

Consumer Health Data is personal information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to a person and identifies or can be used to infer that person's past, present, or future physical or mental health status. Where Washington, Nevada, Connecticut, or another applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it before the covered collection or sharing. We do not sell Consumer Health Data and do not use geofencing to identify or target people at health care facilities.

Your choices and state privacy rights

Depending on your state and the law that applies, you may have rights to confirm whether we process your information; access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy; withdraw consent; learn about recipients; opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; limit certain uses of sensitive information; and appeal a decision about your request.

These rights may be available under laws in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Nevada, and other jurisdictions. Legal exemptions may apply, including requirements to retain clinical, transaction, security, or legal records.

Submit a privacy request or appeal by emailing care@beehivehealth.com. We may verify your identity and authority before fulfilling a request. You may use an authorized agent where applicable law permits.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, maintaining required clinical and transaction records, preventing fraud, resolving disputes, and satisfying legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the information and the party responsible for it.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No electronic system or transmission method is completely secure. If a qualifying incident occurs, we will provide notices required by applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update this Policy as our services, practices, or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted with a new effective date, and we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required.
